Brownies

You can keep the unfinished brownies for:
- 3-5 Days in air-tight container at room temperature
- Up to 2 weeks in ziploc bag/cling wrap/air-tight container in the fridge
- Up to 2 months in cling wrap in the freezer

To heat up brownies, preheat oven to 120°C for 10 mins, you may also consume it cold.

Choux

Keep refrigerated (4°C) and consume within the day of delivery. Best consumed immediately as the cream is freshly piped into the choux.
